 After Hugh Jackman confirmed he had no intentions to reprise the role of Wolverine in future X-Men films, Daniel Radcliffe, the Harry Potter star, voiced his opinion on fans casting him as the next Wolverine.

It’s no secret that Hugh played the superhero, Logan, the mutant since the early 2000s. Fans have been following his story until it came to an end with the characters’ stand-alone movie, Logan. However, the beloved actor stated that he has no plans to reprise his role as Wolverine in the near future, leaving fans to speculate about who would take up the X-Men hero’s mantle.pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk pmenet.co.uk ===

Marvel’s most ferocious and formidable hero is Wolverine. However, fans will be taken aback to see how small he is in real life. Hugh Jackman’s portrayal of Wolverine aka Logan in the X-Men films does seem huge. But the character is just 5’3″ tall and weighs 300 pounds.

Daniel Radcliffe is one option that has been floating around the internet as fans long for a small actor to play Wolverine owing to the character’s true height.

In an exclusive interview with ComicBook during the SXSW premiere of his new film, The Lost City, Radcliffe expressed his thanks for the community’s support. Still, he is skeptical that Marvel Studios will pick him to follow Hugh Jackman, but he is eager to be proven wrong.

Daniel said,

“So many times, people come to me like, ‘hey man, heard the Wolverine news, that’s pretty cool.’ No, I don’t know anything about it. Like, I appreciate that somebody is going like ‘Wolverine’s short in the comic books, you should get like a short guy to do it!'”

He further added, “But I don’t see myself, I don’t see them going from Hugh Jackman to me. But who knows? Prove me wrong, Marvel.”

On March 19, 2022, the actor appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, when the presenter asked him the same question about being cast as Wolverine in future X-Men films. Radcliffe went on to express his appreciation while reiterating that the casting is still a faraway dream.

He also laughed at the fact that, in order to avoid questioning about his alleged casting, the joke grew out of hand, and many began to assume his amusing perspective on the situation was the reality.

Fans are hoping for a miracle, despite Daniel Radcliffe’s assertions that Marvel has yet to contact him. He’s short enough to portray Wolverine and has a messy, wild appearance, thanks to his long acting history that includes appearances in The Woman in Black, Swiss Army Man, and Horns, proving that he’s more than capable of playing The Wolverine.
