The first step is to open your internet web browser and google 'TCP Optimizer'. Select one of the top

Click TCP optimizer
Click 'Save File'
Save the executable file to your computer.
Double click the executable file you just downloaded
Click 'Run' on the 'Open File" window.
Go through the complete instalaation.
Select your connection speed by holding and moving the speed bar button to the right value.
Select the approximate lower value from the speed your Internet Service Provider has given you.
Simply set the speed selection button by holding and then moving the connection speed bar.
